Request Your Information

If you are an EU resident and would like to submit an EU Data Subject Access Request please send an email to privacy@unacast.com.

To prevent the unauthorized disclosure of another person’s data to individuals making requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Unacast is required to verify the identity of a requestor prior to disclosing any mobile location data.

Enter the required information and click ‘Submit’ to have us attempt to verify your identity in order to comply with your request. Please only send the required information; do not send your name, phone number, or any other personal information.

Why do I need to provide more information to access my data?

To prevent the unauthorized disclosure of another person’s data to individuals making requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Attorney General has issued draft regulations that require businesses to verify the identity of a requestor to a reasonable degree of certainty or a reasonably high degree of certainty, depending on the type of access request a requestor submits.

The draft regulations state that to verify the individual to a reasonable degree of certainty, the business must match at least two data points provided by the requestor (for requests for information about categories of personal information) and at least three data points provided by the consumer (for requests for specific pieces of information) with data maintained by the business that the business has determined to be reliable for the purpose of verifying the consumer.

What if I don’t want to provide more information?
